KOREAN LANGUAGE SENTENCE PATTERNS

In English sentece, we use pattern SUBJECT + VERB + OBJECT + ADVERB. However, In Korean the sentence pattern is SUBJECT + ADVERB + OBJECT + VERB. It is confusing at first, but in the future we will get used to it automatically.

Examples :

* In English : I learn Korean at school
                S   V        O          A

In Korean : 내가 학교에서 한국어를 공부해요
                   Naega hakgyoeseo hangukeoreul gongbuhaeyo
                      S           A                    O                 V
                   I + at school + Korean + learn

* In English : Mery ate apple yesterday
                      S   V       O           A

In Korean : 매리가 어제에 사과를 먹었어요
                       Maeriga eojee sagwareul meokgeosseoyo
                            S         A          O              V
                       Mery + yesterday + apple + ate

                         S          V          O            A
